Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your ZIP code and the cleaning service you are interested in.
• Any additional details you choose to include about your space or request.

Our website may also receive limited technical information needed to operate securely, such as your IP address and anti-spam verification results.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to review your request, prepare or discuss a quote, contact you using your preferred method and arrange cleaning services. We may also use it to protect the website from fraud, spam or misuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on service providers that process limited information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that quote requests are not automated spam.
• Resend delivers quote-request emails to our business inbox.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices and only for the services they provide to us.

Retention and security

We keep quote-request information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to provide, correct or delete personal information associated with your quote request, subject to any records we must retain by law. You may also ask us to stop contacting you about a request. We will take reasonable steps to verify and respond to your request.
