You may use this website to learn about our services and request a quote for lawful, personal or business purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access or submit false, harmful or automated requests.

Quotes and service agreements

A quote request submitted through the website is not a booking or binding offer. Any initial estimate may change after we confirm the size, condition, location and scope of the space. A cleaning appointment and final price are confirmed only when both you and Shiny Cleaning Services agree to the service details.

Scheduling and cancellation

Appointment times depend on availability. You may reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. A later cancellation may carry a reasonable fee disclosed when your appointment is confirmed. Please provide safe and timely access to the property.

Satisfaction guarantee

If an area included in the agreed cleaning does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours after the service. We will arrange a re-clean of that area at no extra cost. The guarantee does not cover damage, permanent stains, pre-existing conditions or work outside the agreed scope.

Your responsibilities

To help us provide the service safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and requested work.
• Disclose known hazards, fragile items and special-care surfaces in advance.
• Secure pets, valuables and confidential materials as appropriate.
• Provide utilities and access reasonably needed to complete the cleaning.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shiny Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the website or cleaning services. Our total liability for a claim related to a cleaning service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
